Full Refund Period: You can receive a full refund if you request within 24 hours from the time of your order (provided the order hasn’t entered the active editing phase). Refunds are no longer applicable once the project is marked “In Process” (usually 24 hours after ordering).

Processing Time: Orders become “In Process” within 1–2 business days of receipt. The exact timeframe may vary by project complexity or workload. You will receive an email once your order gets to this stage.

Non-Refundable Scenarios:

Work that is already in process.

Delays due to vague or incomplete instructions from the client or delay in response from client.

Refund requests after the 24-hour window regardless of project status

Revision Policy

So that your project is exactly as you envisioned, we have structured revision stages:

Acceptable Revisions: This is limited to edits or re-formatting changes. Any major change will be not considered as a revision and will be subject to additional cost. A separate quote will be provided for major changes (for instance; new scenes, fundamental scope change).

Eligibility:

Revisions should be requested within 7 days from the time of delivery.

Allotment: Up to 3 acceptable revisions at no extra cost per order.

Turnaround: Revisions usually take 1–3 business days, depending on workload, response time from client and clarity of the request.

Instructions for Requesting a Refund or Revision

Refunds: Send an email to support@contentcraftor.com with your order number and reason, within 24 hours of placing your order. It takes 5–7 working days for refunds to be initiated. Refunds are done to same payment mode originally used.

Revisions: revision request are done through email. Please send us detailed revision request to support@contentcraftor.com. Please read the acceptable revision policy.
